Fancy Footwork - Ballet Dance,

Our Modern & Jazz classes are influenced by the sounds and rhythms of jazz music. They also showcase an individual child's skills in improvisation and their ability to work in a group.

They encourage dancers to interpret the music using their emotions and moods, and to explore the use of gravity and their own body weight to enhance movement. Modern & Jazz classes include exercises that develop core strength, flexibility and stamina. Dancers learn that moving slowly and gracefully is just as important as moving quickly and learning to make fantastic leaps.
