Terms & Conditions
Fees
All fees are payable termly in advance.  If payment is not received you do not have a guaranteed place.  Feesare non-refundable & cannot be carried forward.
Missed classes
Children are registered to a specific class.   If you miss your own class, we allow you to take up a class elsewhere subject to available space. (No more than two classes can be made up per term).
Timetable
Fancy footwork reserves the right to alter the timetable at any given time and without notice.
Cancellation
Fancy Footwork may cancel this agreement at any time before the commencement of any term.  In the event of such cancellation, Fancy Footwork will refund any fees paid in respect of that term’s sessions.  In the case of individual sessions being cancelled, Fancy Footwork will refund the fees attributable to each session if the session cannot be made up elsewhere.
